1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
- The guarantee applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
- For annual plans, the full annual amount will be refunded if requested within the 14-day window.
- The 14-day period starts from the date of your initial purchase (not from account creation or trial start).
- This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, you can use either of the following methods:
- Email: Send an email to connect@rexogo.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address.
- Stripe: You may also request a refund directly through the Stripe customer portal, if available in your account settings.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards:5β10 business days
- Bank Transfers:5β10 business days depending on your bank
3. Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day money-back guarantee period has passed, no refunds will be issued. However, if you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will simply not renew.
- Usage-based charges (SMS credits, email sends, voice minutes) that have already been consumed are non-refundable.
- Add-on purchases are non-refundable after activation.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
4. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This right applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
Although we are a US-based company, we voluntarily honor the EU right of withdrawal for all EU-based customers. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is designed to meet or exceed this statutory right. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us using the methods described in Section 2 above.
Please note that if you have explicitly consented to the immediate provision of the Service and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the extent the Service has already been delivered during the withdrawal period.
